Her clinical background includes experience in cardiopulmonary care, stroke rehabilitation, and exercise therapy for elderly and comatose patients. Today, she focuses primarily on musculoskeletal conditions, using exercise-based rehab and gentle manual techniques to help clients reduce stiffness, regain mobility, and improve overall function.

Since completing her Pilates training in 2023, she has steadily developed her teaching skills, now guiding clients through movement with a focus on body awareness, alignment, and strength. Her sessions often blend physiotherapy principles with Pilates techniques, creating a safe, supportive space for both recovery and long-term physical well-being.

Fara is a BASI-certified Pilates instructor with a background in dance and exercise science. Inspired by her own rehabilitation journey, she offers calm, precise cueing and progressive sessions grounded in anatomy—helping clients move with confidence and agency.

Fara is a BASI certified Pilates instructor who believes deeply in the power of movement to heal and transform. In adolescence, Pilates helped Fara mitigate mild scoliosis. Later on, it helped her rehabilitate an acute back injury and lower leg chronic overuse injuries, enabling her to move and dance sustainably, without pain. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Minor in Exercise Science from Hope College, MI, USA (summa cum laude) in 2023, Fara worked as a professional dancer and dance teacher, teaching students aged 5-82 in both Malaysia and the USA. 

Her extensive movement background in dance helped herdevelop a keen eye for form and discover creative ways to communicate effectively to a diverse range of people. Fara creates structured, progressive exercise plans for private and group sessions, drawing from practical knowledge acquired in undergraduate laboratories inhuman anatomy (cadaver lab), kinesiology, physiology, and biomechanics. Clients have often described her as an attentive, calm, and kind instructor who provides excellent cues. In an increasingly disembodied world, Fara seeks to help her clients understand, appreciate, and exercise agency in their bodies. She looks forward to supporting your wellness journey!

Stephen has been a practising physiotherapist since 2013, working with children and adults across diverse needs. He focuses on restoring efficient movement, stability, and confidence, guided by clinical reasoning and a strong belief in the body’s capacity to adapt and improve.

Rachel is a certified Pilates instructor passionate about helping people move with confidence. Her classes are enjoyable, supportive and fit for all fitness levels. Her goal is to empower clients feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies through Pilates.
