Guest instructor Gabrielle brings a wealth of experience to Body in Common, with an extensive background in fitness. Her deep understanding of movement and body mechanics allows her to work effectively with clients of all ages — from teens to seniors — including those recovering from injuries or requiring modifications.

For Gabrielle, Pilates is more than a workout for appearance — it’s a practice that builds flow, mobility, and functional strength to support everyday living. She emphasises mindfulness and the mind–muscle connection, guiding clients to move with intention, awareness, and control.

Grounded in the 80/20 principle, Gabrielle promotes a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness — proving that you can achieve a strong, toned body without extremes. Her classes blend challenge and care, encouraging clients to push their limits while respecting their bodies.
