Slow Flow blends movement with breath at a gentle, intentional pace, allowing you more time in each pose, encouraging deeper exploration of alignment, breath control and body awareness. By moving with intention, it enhances flexibility and mobility while reducing tension while improving breath control and regulating your nervous system.

Slow Flow is for you, if you are
  • looking to build strength, flexibility, and balance without rushing through poses
  • new to yoga looking for a gentle introduction to flow-based yoga
  • experienced and would like to refine your alignment and deepen your breathwork
  • seeking more grounding, meditative movement practice to complement your other dynamic forms of exercises
