Melisa is a Senior Instructor and teaches Private Fitness and Group Pilates.

With over 10 years of Yoga teaching experience, Melisa Khew has had plenty of time to work on her teaching techniques.  She teaches calm, detail-focused classes, and has a strong knowledge of body anatomy to back up her teaching.

In Addition to her wealth of Yoga experience, She is trained in the Body in Common Pilates Style.  She will be your favorite if you like clear, detailed instruction, and need an understanding teacher.
